Production turnaround
Standard turnaround is 3–10 working days and is product dependent. Custom orders generally move into production after artwork proof approval. Quantity, product, and finishing can affect timing.
Product RUSH production: eligible products offer up to two RUSH options, each listing its business days and percentage increase. Proof approval is required. Approval by 11 AM Eastern on a business day starts production that day; later or weekend approval starts the next business day. Production days are Monday–Friday with no holiday exclusions. Production time is separate from shipping and arrival timing.
Separate factory Quick Ship program (not product RUSH options): Rush Available 24/48 hr if order before Order Cutoff Time 2:00 PM Eastern Time. 24/48-Hour Quick Ship program requirements: Complete purchase order, payment, and production-ready artwork must be received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Order must be placed online via website. Rush options must be used when placing orders for this program. Next or 2 Day shipping options must be selected. Proofs not available. Accuracy of the artwork is the customer's responsibility. Order drop-ships from factory within two business days via UPS or FedEx only. Factory will not be held responsible for any delays in the shipment due to discrepancies with the artwork and/or purchase order. Artwork setup charge included in price. Maximum quantity per day is 5. Program is subject to availability.
Shipping
Selected eligible orders of $300 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping in the continental United States. Eligibility depends on the order and selected products.

Contact us with your product, quantity, artwork status, destination, and required in-hands date. Deadlines and rush service are subject to confirmation; do not assume a rush date is available until our team confirms it.
